Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your ongoing membership commencing from Week 5 — after the conclusion of the 4-Week Intro Offer. Please read carefully before signing up.

Payment

Membership fees are paid weekly via the nominated payment method.
Memberships are ongoing unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.

Cancellation

A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required to cancel a membership.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected]
Membership fees remain payable during the 30-day notice period.
Verbal notice or messages to coaches or staff are not accepted.

Suspension

Members may suspend their membership for up to 4 weeks per calendar year.
Suspension requests must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected]
A minimum of 7 days' notice is required before the suspension start date.
Suspensions cannot be applied retrospectively.
Unused suspension time does not roll over.

General

Memberships are non-transferable.
Failure to provide the required notice will result in continued weekly charges.
The MA Connection reserves the right to amend these terms with reasonable notice.

Key things to remember

To cancel or suspend, always email [email protected]. Verbal requests are not accepted. Allow 30 days for cancellation and 7 days for suspension requests.

Electronic Agreement: By ticking the agreement checkbox during sign-up, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Membership Terms & Conditions. Your name, email address, and the date and time of acceptance are recorded as your electronic signature.
